1、系統(tǒng)脫硫液量是影響投資和使用效果關(guān)鍵的數(shù)據(jù)。如果測算量較實(shí)際量少，投資估算雖然較低，但按方案確定的首次加量濃度達(dá)不到要求，影響使用效果。因此系統(tǒng)脫硫液總量應(yīng)估算準(zhǔn)確，以保證催化劑的初始濃度

2、催化劑應(yīng)避光、防潮儲存，儲存環(huán)境溫度不宜過高，正常環(huán)境儲存質(zhì)保期為 2年。
2. The catalyst shall be stored away from light and moisture. The storage ambient temperature shall not be too high. The warranty period for normal storage is 2 years.
3、應(yīng)用后注意監(jiān)測脫硫液堿度和硫泡沫的分離情況，因硫容高系統(tǒng)硫磺產(chǎn)量會增加，需要關(guān)注熔硫釜的處理能力。
3. After application, attention should be paid to monitoring the separation of desulphurizing liquid alkalinity and sulfur foam. Because sulfur content in high sulfur system will increase, the treatment capacity of sulfur melting kettle should be paid attention to.
4、絡(luò)合鐵脫硫催化劑在脫硫液中理論上是不消耗的， 但由于在生產(chǎn)過程中催化劑會隨著硫泡沫帶出或溶液損失造成的流失是難以避免的，所以應(yīng)定期向脫硫液中補(bǔ)充適量的濃縮脫硫催化劑，以維持脫硫液中正常的催化劑濃度.
4. The complex iron desulphurizing catalyst is not consumed theoretically in the desulphurizing liquid. However, because the loss of the catalyst will lead to the loss of sulphur foam or the loss of solution, it is difficult to avoid the desulphurizing solution. Therefore, regular desulfurization catalyst should be regularly added to the desulfurization solution to maintain the normal catalyst concentration in the desulfurization solution.
5、若脫硫負(fù)荷超過設(shè)計能力太多時，要適當(dāng)提高吸收劑及催化劑的濃度。

6、絡(luò)合鐵催化劑雖然有抗油干擾的能力，但是大量焦油、洗油帶入脫硫液而影響脫硫系統(tǒng)的硫泡沫形成，因此要做好入脫硫系統(tǒng)煤氣的預(yù)處理工作。
