濾液反水量是造成脫硫系統(tǒng)進水量大的主要原因

脫硫系統(tǒng)水平衡是指進入脫硫系統(tǒng)的所有水量(包括原煙氣帶水、設(shè)備沖洗水、除霧器沖洗水、供漿漿液所含水等)等于脫硫系統(tǒng)水損失量。運行中控制脫硫系統(tǒng)水平衡主要根據(jù)系統(tǒng)水損失量來控制進入系統(tǒng)的水量使兩者保持動態(tài)平衡,即在總進水量等于總損失量的前提下通過控制進入系統(tǒng)的其他水量。脫硫系統(tǒng)一般可以保證吸收塔的正常液位,但當(dāng)吸收塔入口煙氣溫度大幅下降,吸收塔內(nèi)漿液蒸發(fā)量降低,吸收塔液位處于高液位,水平衡失衡現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。為了弄清失衡原因,首先就要了解影響濕法脫硫吸收塔水平衡的因素,下面我們就來一起分析下。
